The West Side Rowing Club will be hosting its 2nd Annual High Performance Camp from August 9^th through 14^th!  The Camp will consist of 11 on water sessions and 10 mid-day presentations by the Camp coaching staff.  The High Performance Camp will be held on the West Side Rowing Complex which consists of the West Side Rowing Club and the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Fontana Boathouse.  This magnificent complex is filled with state of the art rowing equipment that includes over 85 shells, 50 ergs, a tank room, weights, a Board room for video review and analysis and multiple locker rooms, all of which are available for use by camp participants.

The 2010 High Performance Camp Coaching staff will include:

Nick Baker - Head Coach, University of Pennslyvania Lightweight Men's Rowing

William Boyce - Assistant Coach, Yale University Heavyweight Men's Crew

Steve Pritzker - Associate Head Coach, University of Virginia Women's Rowing

Liz Dennison - Assistant Coach, Cornell University Women's Rowing

The High Performance Camp is open to all high school rowers but space is limited to 40 rowers and 8 coxswains.
