The 2010 John Bennett High School Regatta will be held on on Sunday May 2nd!!!  Registration is now open via Regatta Central.  Go to RegattaCentral

New for 2010, we will be  weighing in all Flyweight and Lightweight athletes.  The weights will be based on the Canadian Secondary School Rowing Association weight categories:  Flyweight men cannot exceed 145 pounds (66Kg), Flyweight women cannot exceed 130 pounds (59Kg), Lightweight men cannot exceed 159 pound (72Kg), and Lightweight Women cannot exceed 139 pound (63Kg).
